I remember what you wore on the first day
You came into my life and I thought hey
You know, this could be something

Freshmen with Chem sets…..I don’t think there is worse timing for anything right now.
What’s wrong?
That’s gonna end up with shit getting blown up.
..I don’t think there is worse timing for anything right now.
What’s wrong?
She gave him another small smile when he told her it was one less thing she would have to worry about. It was true. The last thing she needed was someone else’s safety on her conscious. Her head nodded when he told her she wasn’t as bad as her mother, and despite all of her self-worth and self-esteem issues, even she couldn’t argue with that. Squeezing his hand in response to his statement she give him another small smile, “Well still… thanks. I’m glad it was you who was here when I finally came around. I don’t think anyone else would’ve really been honest with me. Probably would’ve called a doctor down first thing and really… I don’t think I can deal with that quite yet.” She actually managed to force a small laugh out at his brutal honesty, “Well, thanks for the note of confidence. Next time I’ll be sure to stay out longer,” she tacked on, raising an eyebrow at him.
Now that that other people were crossed off her list of worries she could move onto the next issue at hand. The agonizing fact that no matter how hard she tried… she couldn’t seem to move her legs. She shifted one of her hands down to her thigh slowly and pinched the flesh there. Her teeth sunk into her bottom lip when she realized she hadn’t felt it at all. “Do you know if I’m on any sort of… pain killer or something?” she asked hopefully. It was a pointless question. Even in the desperate state she was in she knew that pain medication wouldn’t cause you to lose feeling in two of your major limbs, but still she felt like she had to ask.
“Lucky enough for you I’m selfish and wanted to talk to you first.” He smirked for the first time since she had been awake. He could have called the doctor but he wanted to talk to her first. The doctor would probably rush him out and wanted to ask her a million questions as well do a million different things. Puck really didn’t want to put her through hell of the doctors the minute she woke up so he kept to himself and just talked to her. Plus, she scared the shit out of him when he heard about her car crash and he wanted to make sure this wasn’t all some kind of twisted and fucked up dram. “There will be no next time.” He said with a firm nod. No way in hell was she going to go through any of that again, well, at least he hoped that she wouldn’t go through that again. It was the last thing he wanted for her. “You scared a bunch of us with this but I’m just glad you’re alive.”
He was puzzled at her question. “Umm, not that I know of.” He said with a slight shrug. He wasn’t even sure if he was right or not. Yeah, he was there a whole hell of a lot but she had been unconscious and he didn’t know if they gave out painkillers in that kind of state. “Are you in pain? I could go get the nurse and see if she can get you some?” She didn’t exactly look like she was in pain. Quinn had more of a concerned look on her face and he wasn’t sure as to what was going on in her head, not that he ever really knew what was going on in her head.

Yeah. I’ll be happy to be out of here.
I start physical therapy next week too… so hopefully that helps.
You will soon enough. I’m sure it will.

Really weird! I’m doing okay, I can’t complain all that much. Getting over being sick. How have you been, Noah?
Hope you feel better. I’ve been alright. Not too much going on really.
